    They are purposely not submitting claims without a credit card,So they can bill your credit card,And not the company.here is the information on payment from there own page as of 5:52pm 11/01.2018.

    Dr. Fletcher had me as a regular for about 10 years, but he seems to have retired now. The new guy is good, but not good with kids. I took my toddler to him and his method of getting her to open her mouth was for her to lean her back and let her scream crying. Not exactly making good memories for future dentist visits. We went to Main St Dental around 6 months later, and they were the opposite with our little girl: super gentle, friendly, and non-intrusive. Guess who won our business?

    Dr. Heather did a filling on me yesterday and it went great! The freezing was painless and she took extra time and care to make sure it felt right when she was done. She even did extra polishing to make sure it was smooth to my tongue. She is very personable and easy to talk to. It is obvious she is concerned about the best care and treatment for her patients.

    No where on there home page does it say credit card is required to file a claim to insurer!...This was from there own site as of 5:52pm 11/01.2018.there is two photos uploaded with this review,One showing the policy,other showing date and time,As my camera date is wrong.

    As for the response from owner,There was nothing posted on the door,And it was a little 5x7 card on the reception desk!.

    Why would your office refuse too mention at the time of booking an appointment,That no credit card means no service?.Your new owners are aware that some of us have 95% coverage!,And That failing to mention this is almost entrapment for service. Very poor practice,I hope this policy reflects in your earnings,And upon you in the community!.UPDATE! Talked too another member of the regina dental group.And was told that if you want too pay your whole bill cash,GREAT!.but they will not submit a e-claim without a credit card!.Odd thing is your credit card has nothing to do with your coverage,Or insurer.

    1.We can bill your insurance provider directly and accept assignment of your allowable dental benefits. This means your insurance provider pays our clinic for the portion of your dental treatment that is covered by your dental plan and you pay our clinic only for the portion of treatment that is not covered.
